There won’t be a second trial for Tracie Hunter.
Hamilton County prosecutors have asked Judge Patrick Dinkelacker to drop the eight charges against the former Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge.
Jurors, in the 2014 trial against her, were never able to decide on the eight counts. They only found her guilty on the count of unlawful interest in a public contract.
