Convicted murderer Shayna Hubers of Northern Kentucky is asking for a new trial or a “mistrial” in her case.
Hubers’s attorneys claim that a convicted felon improperly served on the jury last year.
Hubers was sentenced to 40 years for the 2012 death of Ryan Poston.
