Ohio governor John Kasich is cutting off the flow of taxpayer dollars to planned parenthood.
Kasich signed a bill, yesterday, that would strip nearly 1.5 million dollars from the organization.
The bill prohibits the money, mostly federal dollars, from going to entities that perform or promote abortions
