Work to raise a submerged car from the Ohio River won’t begin until next week.
Campbell County Police say water levels and strong currents will prevent divers from recovering the vehicle until Sunday at the earliest.
The car plunged from the Combs-Heil bridge, during a 12 car pileup on Tuesday. There’s no word whether anyone was in the car.
