Cee Lo Green pleaded not guilty to giving a woman ecstasy at a Los Angeles restaurant in 2012. The female alleged victim said she was also raped. On Monday the singer was in court and learned that he would not face rape charges due to insufficient evidence. The 38-year-old will be charged with one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance. Ceelo’s real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway and he could face 4 years in prison if convicted. Green is out on bond of $30,000 and is due back in court November 20,2013.
