Covington Police have arrested a suspect, accused of breaking into a liquor store early Friday morning.
Russell Evans is being charged with burglary, after he smashed windows at the D.E.P. Fine Wine and Spirits on West 3rd street. He reportedly tried to get away with a couple bottles of liquor and wine.
He tried to break into a tobacco store, next door, but was unsuccessful.
