No charges will be filed against the person that called 911 on John Crawford, that led to his shooting death by the police.
A grand jury in Greene County decided to not bring charges against Ronald Ritchie, who called 911 at a Beavercreek Walmart in 2014. He told operators that Crawford was waving a bb gun around the store, which the operator dispatched the police. That’s when police arrived, and shot Crawford.
Earlier this month, an Ohio judge found probable cause to charge Ritchie of a misdemeanor.
