Breakin, a movie that brought breakdancing to the mainstream culture, was released on this day 32 years ago.

The movie was about a young, struggling, jazz dancer that meets up with two break-dancers to become a sensation in the streets.

The soundtrack included music from Rufus and Chaka Khan, the Bar-Kays, and Ice-T, who made his film debut in the movie playing a club MC.
