American Idol veteran Ruben Studdard has left the Biggest Loser Ranch but he didn’t leave all his hard work behind. When Ruben started the show, he weighed 462 pounds. He dropped 39 pounds on the ranch, and in a recent interview, he revealed that he’s now lost a total of 104 pounds. Studdard admitted that his four weeks on the show wasn’t easy.
