TMZ is reporting that Gladys and her husband Billy have already spent over $800k to renovate a North Carolina School that’s been abandoned since the early 50’s. All together the project is said to cost somewhere in the ball park of $2 million.
They tell us they’re actively raising funds to pay for the all upgrades
