Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley says the city can solve its budget problems by tweaking its parking policies.
The mayor unveiled plans to upgrade the Cincinnati’s parking meters, while maintaining control of their operations and enforcements.
The mayor says parking rates downtown won’t change, but drivers parking at meters in other areas could see hikes. More than six million dollars in fines could be collected every year under the proposal.
