Browns star wide receiver Josh Gordon has been suspended for the entire NFL season for another violation of the league’s substance abuse policy.
2. Josh Brent
Josh was sentenced to 180 days in jail after a trial in January in the intoxication manslaughter death of teammate Jerry Brown, a practice squad linebacker for the Cowboys.
3. Dimitri Patterson
The Jets “indefinitely” suspended the veteran cornerback after he left the team without contacting the organization.
4. Ray McDonald
San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Ray McDonald was arrested on felony domestic violence charges after officers responded to a home in an upscale neighborhood.
5. Darren Sharper
Sharper was arrested and accused of sexual assault in California. He was subsequently charged with multiple sexual assaults in Louisiana and Arizona and is currently serving time in prison.
