750 people have taken advantage of Oregon’s “Death With Dignity Law” since December 31st 2013 which allows terminally ill patients to take part in a nurse or doctor assisted death. The reason this case was so controversial because Brittany Maynard was only 29 years old, with median age being 71 yrs old.
