Gospel singer, James Fortune went back before a Houston judge in the matter of Family Violence. According to reports he assaulted his wife back in 2014. This incident allegedly occurred after another domestic situation involving his own child. He was accused of scolding him with hot water, claiming it was a disciplinary action. Yet the child was burned on more than 40% of his body. His wife, the key witness in both cases said she would not testify. Therefore alleviating their children from further emotional trauma.
