A Hamilton County judge has ruled that the former owner of Mahogany’s still owes money to the city.
The Enquirer reports that common pleas court judge Charles Kubicki determined that Liz Rogers and her husband owe Cincinnati taxpayers $108,000. This is after the owner breached their contract with the city, after they defaulted on their loan payments.
Mahogany’s opened at the banks in 2012, but shut down in 2014 due to missing several lease payments.
