Looks like there is a lot of rain headed to the Tri-State this morning. A flash flood watch is in effect until 8 p.m. Monday for most of the Tri-State: all of Northern Kentucky and counties in southeastern Indiana and southwestern Ohio that border the Ohio River. (Fox19)
