There is no doubt that women are strong and more than capable of juggling love, family,career, random Tom Foolery all while dressed to the nines, cooking a meal and balancing a checkbook. Considering how stressful life is by just focusing on any combination of the categories I mentioned,  this “I can do it all”  mentality may be secretly killing black women. So many of us have become masters at taking care of business and taking care of others but we forget to take care of ourselves. I can admit that I forgot what taking care of myself even looked like.
