A Cincinnati man will be in court today, accused of impersonating a police officer.
Police arrested David Morgan, yesterday, when they found him on Redway Avenue allegedly wearing a police department jacket while drinking behind the wheel of his car.
Morgan apparently told investigators that the jacket belonged to a friend who was out of town.
