The group trying to legalize possession and use in Ohio will have to make a second attempt at a ballot proposal.
State attorney general Mike DeWine’s office, yesterday, found problems with the summary language, that had 1,000 signatures in support.
Responsible Ohio will have to fix the wording, and get 1,000 new signatures by July.
