Conflicting stories in this case out of Salt Lake City. Police responded to fight and report that they fired on Teen who was wielding a Metal pole and moved “Menacingly” towards the victim when Police ordered him to drop the weapon. Witnesses say the teen was shot immediately when he turned towards police in response to their commands.
Is this a case of Police once again using “Extreme Force” in situations that do not warrant it? Are Black suspects more likely to be dealt with by “Extreme Force” than others?
