Prince died and left hundreds of millions behind with no will, according to TMZ. Their report indicates the late music great’s sister, Tyka Nelson, filed documents in Minnesota requesting the court to appoint a “special administrator” to handle dividing up his estate because she has no knowledge of a will ever being in place.

Tyka says in her docs, “I do not know of the existence of a will and have no reason to believe that the decedent executed testamentary documents in any form.”

“Tyka lists the people who are potential beneficiaries … all of whom are half brothers and sisters. They are John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr. They are all living siblings of Prince. She also says she’s an heir entitled to her cut.”

Prince was married twice and had no children. Per the report, Minnesota law dictates that a deceased person’s siblings become the first to receive the inheritance in similar situations.
