The man accused of hitting and killing a bicycle-riding teacher, in Clermont County, is no stranger to the justice system.
Prosecutors say Todd Shaw was slapped with his 7th drunk driving charge, yesterday, along with aggravated vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.
Shaw allegedly ran-down Cincinnati Country Day teacher Fredrick Kerry this past weekend on Roundbottom Road.
