Patients of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center are working with officials to improve their experience.
VA officials held their first town hall meeting, Monday night, to discuss medical and scheduling problems at the hospital.
The meetings were ordered, nationwide, by new VA secretary, Bob McDonald.
