A captive Cincinnati man is pleading to the North Korea for forgiveness for his actions in the country.

Otto Warmbier tearfully apologized, in front of cameras, for trying to steal a political banner to share with a church member, back home.

Warmbier entered the company through a tourist company from Beijing. The U.S. state department strongly discourages travel into North Korea.
