
Tracie Hunter will not receive a new trial at the moment.
Judge Norbert Nadel denied the two motions filed by the Hamilton County Juvenile Judge’s attorney, Clyde Bennett. The first two motions, filed for a new trial and acquittal, were denied. He also filed a third motion for a new trial, because of juror misconduct. Nadel will file on that notion on December 2nd.
The Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge was found guilty on a charge of unlawful interest in a public contract, but three jurors have since said they were pressured to convicting hunter.
