A man sentenced to death for killing several teenagers may have a chance at getting off of death row.
Attorneys for Anthony Kirkland have successfully lobbied the Ohio Supreme Court into granting a new sentencing hearing for their client. The trial date has not been scheduled yet.
Kirkland was convicted in 2010 for killing four females: three teenagers and a woman.
