The family of a man shot to death by Cincinnati Police, last year, is filing a lawsuit against the city and its police department.
Ruby Hicks, the grandmother of QuanDavier Hicks, is accusing several officers of using excessive force in their contact with him.
QuanDavier was shot by police, in June last year, when he pointed a rifle at the police in his Northside home.
